CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE STORE

1.1 The provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers apply to product returns.

1.2 Gold and jewelry purchased through our website can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the Distance Sales Contract. In order to exercise your right of return, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days.

1.3 Gold and jewelry sent by cargo without approval by our Internet Store will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received. The jewelry to be returned is the responsibility of the customer until it is delivered to us. Return and exchange fees belong to the customer and it is recommended to send the products by registered mail.

1.4 For invoices issued on behalf of your company, you must send the gold and jewelry together with the return invoice issued by your company in order for the return to take place. Returns of orders for which the invoice is issued in the name of your company will not be completed unless a return invoice is issued.

1.5 Return and exchange requests are only accepted by our online store www.missluciajewelry.com

1.6 Returns are not accepted for discounted gold and jewelry. However, exchange requests can be made if they are checked by our expert teams and found in accordance with the exchange procedures.

1.7 If the product was given as a gift, the exchange can be made with a gift card.

1.8 The customer cannot use the right of withdrawal for products that are specially produced for customer requests or personalized by making changes on it. In this context, rings to be adjusted according to the finger size determined during the order, wedding rings, necklaces and bracelets are examples of products where the right of withdrawal is not valid.

1.9 In case the right of return is exercised, the product must be sent to Miss Lucia Jewelry, complete and undamaged, together with the original invoice and certificate, together with the cargo delivery report proving that the product was delivered from www.missluciajewelry.com to a third party or customer. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations of the product cannot be refunded.

1.10 The jewelry to be returned must comply with the conditions of “Right of Withdrawal” in Article 6 and “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised” in Article 7 of the “Distance Sales Agreement”.

1.11 After the return process takes place, our expert team examines whether the return conditions are fulfilled. If there is no defect in the product, an exchange may be made within the specified period, but no refund will be made.

1.12 Once the return is approved, you will be refunded the cost of the gold and jewelry you received within 14 days according to your payment method. You should check your bank's terms and conditions for bank refund deductions.

1.1 All return and exchange conditions in our stores are determined according to the Law on the Protection of Consumers 6502. You can exchange the jewelry you have purchased, provided that it has not been used within 14 days from the invoice date.

1.2 To avoid any problems during the exchange process, your first step is to visit the Miss Lucia Jewelry Store within 14 days with your purchase documents and check whether the jewelry is suitable for exchange.
